The overall application process will take approximately 3 months to complete, starting from the moment all documents are collected by government bodies.

*Terminated helpers will need to return to the Philippines following their termination and be processed as an overseas FDH.

No hidden fees charged to your domestic helper, we do not collect fee from your helper once hired, but the below are the FDH's own responsibilities:

If the foreign domestic helper (FDH) is over 40 years old, the Philippine government requires them to undergo an additional Electrocardiogram (ECG) test.
If the FDH fails the initial medical examination in the Philippines, they must pay for any medical certificate or re-check if they seek another evaluation. Each report is valid for 3 months only - if their arrival date to Hong Kong is 3 months after their body check - either the helper or the employer will pay for the medical examination again.
If the foreign domestic helper has no overseas working experience, they must complete NCII certified training cost before coming to Hong Kong which costs ~HK$1,500.

Surcharges to the Employer if:

If due to any personal reasons, the employer is on the "Watch List" or "Blacklist" of the respective Consulate or at the Hong Kong Immigration Department which demands our staff assistance, the employer will be charged an additional fee of HK$1,500/visit.

Application process

You will fill out the online form clicking the below 'Start Now' - it will take around 15-20 mins to complete.
Following the payment, we will contact your domestic helper to check that they meet the visa application requirements. Then, the helper will go to a local agency to submit the necessary documents, which we will verify at our Hong Kong office.
After we receive the documents, we’ll get in touch with you and upload the application details.
You will receive all forms by mail within three working days. Please review the documents, sign them, and send them back using the provided envelope by courier.
We will then send the documents to the Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong for notarization and to the Hong Kong Immigration Department for the working visa.
Once the visa is approved, the local agency will take care of the departure procedures and pregnancy test.
Finally, we will contact you to arrange your domestic helper's arrival.

We DO NOT charge any hidden fees from helper, except for the below scenarios.

Additional HK$1,000 processing fee will be charged if the helper is being hired as a driver, or the contract is being terminated due to relocation, pass away or financial problem of previous employer.

Finished-Contract FDH hiring process:

We will contact the domestic helper first, ensure the helper is eligible for the application and collect the necessary documents provided by the helper.
After receiving domestic helper’s documents, we will contact the customer and upload the application information. The customer will receive all application forms by post within three working days.
Customer needs to check the content of documents, sign all the documents and send back with the attached envelope by a courier.
The documents will be sent directly to the Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong with a notarization the contact and Hong Kong Immigration Department for issuing a working visa.

Contract Renewal - Filipino

Service charge: HK$1,288

Includes:

Contract Notarization fee
Employment visa fee
OWWA member fee

We DO NOT charge any hidden fees from helper.

Renewal process:

Employer will fill out the online application on our website.
We will contact the Employer within three working days to verify the information provided.
We will send the application documents to the Employer.
Once we receive all the documents, we will submit the application to the Immigration Department within eight weeks before the foreign domestic helper's stay expires.
Neither the client nor the domestic helper needs to be present during this process. A new work visa is typically approved before the end of the current contract.
After the new work visa and contract are approved, we will send the new contract and the domestic helper's passport back to the client via express delivery.
